Lemon Torte Cake

Ingredients:
· Lemon Box Cake Mix
· ¾ Cup of Real Lemon Juice
· 2 Cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
· 12 oz Cool Whip

Directions:

1. Prepare Lemon Box Cake as directed and bake in round pans.
2. Cool and split layers
3. Prepare filling
4. Combine Lemon Juice and Sweetened Condensed Milk. Reserve ½ cup for icing.
5. Spread filling between layers.
6. Combine reserved filling and a 12 oz container of Cool Whip and ice sides and top
7. Refrigerate.

This is quickly becoming a favorite recipe of Martha Gibson of Grantwood in Henderson KY.
