We feel for you all affected by the ice storms! It is hard to imagine the kind of wide spread damage that can occur with ice until you experience it. Your agency is doing an amazing job of offering a number of ways to contact them and wonderful tips for how to get things “back to normal”. Be aware of carbon monoxide issues as well as make sure everything is unplugged or turned off. We experienced some fires and surges after power was restored. Some due to stoves and other items being on when the power went out.
Best of luck from your friends in Kansas.
