Sunday Roast Chicken with Lemon Essence

Rosemary-Panko Crusted Potatoes

Strawberry Salad with Georgia Pecans & Feta cheese

014s Snap Pea Sauté with fresh Morels & Jicama

Deviled Easter Eggs (made by my fathers cousin Margaret)

Sourdough Yeast Rolls (made by my mother)

The Classic Spices of Mary Carrot Cake & Fresh Fruit Salad

What a way to celebrate this Joyous time of Christ Resurrection- Easter!

What is your family Easter menu?

Oh by the way . . . the iPad arrived today!  Really messing with my Easter lunch cooking plans.

    Your meal sounds YUMMY. We go to Jason's aunt's house. It will be a pretty traditional dinner served buffet style with a whole lot of chaos and kids everywhere. I'm taking a baked corn dish I've perfected.

    Sounds like you now have "Macintosh Apple's" on your daily dessert "Pad". I've seen some people sitting in Seattle coffee shops enjoying their iPads. Pretty wicked device!

    I'm so on the verge, but I'm saving for a MacBook.
