Surprisingly this is a very simple process as he outlined.
Several examples of Google docs are used in my small business website. Our Privacy page is a Google document so are several of our frequent asked questions pages for our partner companies.
My church has used Google Docs with our Upward Basketball League.
Google Docs is a great tool and a alternative to those who need to get information out fast and don’t want to spend a lot of money.
Google provides a great video that explains how it all works.

I have been looking into using Google Docs as an online storage medium for my business documents (I am an insurance agent and scan all my customer policies and other documents). I have been comparing Google Docs to Mozy online backup. I would like access to the documents without haveing to do a formal "restore" of data and am not sure if that is possible with Mozy… I am curious to see if anyone has used either of these systems and how they are working for you.

Katie: Mozy and Google docs to me are very different products. Mozy is for backup and Google Docs is a replacement to Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. You might want to take a look at my post about Dropbox. Sounds like that might be a product you would like to use. In the search box of this blog type "Dropbox" and you can find the post! Good luck to you! I appreciate you page on Facebook! Also check out our agency blog at http://www.blog.govaughn.com
