During the month of February Bubby and I spent some time in NYC. One of the neatest places we choose to eat was a place called Sanctuary Tea. They served a incredible Flower tea. The tea is served in a stemmed clear glass and you place a bulb looking tea bag in the bottom of the glass as it seeps it turns and blooms into this beautiful flower with incredible aroma and great tasting tea.

I had never seen this before. Today I was shopping at Tarjay and notice that they were carrying the flowering tea so I bought some. They are carrying this brand http://www.primulatea.com/. I found it to be good and something different.

It’s hard to belive on a hot day like today that I am drinking hot tea as my relax in drink but it is in a clear glass not a mug. Try some of this unique tea and let me know what you think.
