This morning the weather forecast was “patchy dense fog in low-lying areas”. I looked outside my home and the streets were clear. I headed out of downtown for a pre-dawn bicycle ride. Of course with front and rear lights (required by Kentucky State Law).
Yes it was foggy. I was very careful and pulled over about three times. One of which the dew was dripping off of my bicycling glasses.
